□ 폴란드 자동차 쿨링시스템 시장동향
○ 폴란드 자동차 방열기 애프터마켓 시장은 아직 유럽 전체나 서유럽과 비교할 때 작은 편이나 점차 성장 추세임.(정확한 수치적 규모 자료 부재)
○ 시장성장의 주요 요인으로는 최근 몇 년간의 동 품목 다양한 제조사 제품의 시장경쟁으로 가격이 점차 내려가고 있어 소비자들이 새 제품을 구매하는데 부담이 내려간 것과 함께 그간 폴란드 내에서 활발이 유통되던 재생 중고 제품이 사실상 그리 오래 버티지 못해 소비자들이 새 제품을 더 선호하는 추세로 바뀌고 있기 때문으로 분석됨.
○ 또한, 무엇보다도 폴란드 내 자동차 등록대수가 점차 증가하여 습기 등에 부식이 쉽고, 사고 시 파손이 쉬운 제품으로서, 이러한 면에서 소모품으로 분류될 수 있기도 한 방열기 시장이 비례적으로 성장하고 있다는 분석임.
○ 쿨링시스템 제조사 Behr에 의하면, 폴란드 방열기 시장성장의 또 하나의 요인으로, 폴란드에 과거보다 자동차 에어컨 장착이 현저하게 증가하고 있으며, 동사의 콘덴서 판매량이 연간 약 35% 성장하고 있다고 함.
○ 동 품목 폴란드내 유통되고 있는 제품의 주요 제조사로는 Behr, Delphi, Nissens, NRF, Valeo 등이 있으며, 일반적으로 동 제조사들이 쿨링시스템 관련하여 inter cooler, oil cooler, engine cooler 등 제반 쿨링시스템을 종합적으로 제공하고 있는 것으로 조사됨.
○ 또한, 동 품목 제조사는 일반적으로 OEM Market과 After Market을 동시에 주력하는 경향이 있음.
○ 폴란드내 중고 재생 방열기 시장이 그 동안 활발했고, 아직까지 건재하고 있는데, 이유로는 일반적으로 폴란드내 자동차가 신차보다는 중고차나 오래된 차량이 많이 있어, 새 방열기로 교환하는 것이 차량의 상태에 비해 비용투자 가치가 약하다고 판단하기 때문임.
○ 한편, 폴란드는 아직까지 중고차 수입이 많은 편인데, 일반적으로 독일, 프랑스, USA 등에서 들어오는 제품이 많이 있음. 한국차의 경우는 중고차가 수입되는 경우은 많지 않고, 신차가 주로 판매되고 있으며, 한국차의 중고차 매매는 현지에서 신차로 구매되어 사용되었던 차량인 경우가 많음.
○ 폴란드내 유통되는 자동차 방열기 중에는 브랜드가 알려지지 않은 제품들도 많이 유통되고 있으며, 동 제품들은 일반적으로 아시아에서 수입된 것으로 알려져 있고 가격이 저렴하여, 중고 재생 방열기의 자리를 대치하고 있음. 그러나 전문가들은 동 부품이 자동차에서 매우 민감하고 중요한 만큼 품질이 검증된 순정제품을 구매하기를 권장함.
○ OEM 시장은 자동차 생산과 연관이 있으며, 자동차 산업의 생산량 증감에 따라 큰 영향을 받고 있음.
○ 2008년 상반기까지 폴란드 자동차 산업은 매년 두 자리 수의 성장세를 보였으나 2008년 하반기 글로벌 경기침체 이후 폴란드 자동차 산업은 가장 큰 타격을 입은 산업 중 하나임.
- 폴란드 자동차 및 자동차 부품 산업은 국가 주 산업 중 하나이며, 생산의 80% 이상을 수출하고 있음.
□ 폴란드 자동차 생산동향
○ 폴란드는 유럽내 주요 자동차 생산국 중 하나임. 2012년 약 65만 6천대의 차량을 생산함.
○ 자동차 생산은 2008년을 정점으로 하여 매년 하락세를 보이고 있으며, 2012년엔 2006년 이전 수준으로 떨어짐.
○ 자동차 생산의 하락으로 협력업체인 자동차 부품 생산업체들도 큰 타격을 입음.

□ 자동차 부품 시장동향
○ 폴란드는 EU 국가들 중 자동차 및 자동차 부품 생산관련 중요한 위치를 차지함.
○ 자동차 부품 및 부속품 수요 면에서도 OEM 생산을 많이 하고 있으며, 자동차 산업분야 외국인 직접투자가 매우 많은 비율을 차지하고 생산의 80% 이상을 수출함.
○ 시장규모 면에서 폴란드는 유럽에서 7번째 가장 큰 시장으로 유럽 전체시장의 4%를 차지함. 자동차부품 시장은 2006년에서 2010년까지 연평균 10%의 성장을 기록했음.
- 글로벌 경제위기 전 2006~2010년 사이에는 연평균 24%였으며, 2008년 글로벌 경제위기 이후 2009년에는 2008년 대비 29% 감소하였고, 2010년에는 전년 대비 10% 성장을 회복함.
○ 자동차 부품 및 부속품 시장의 주 시장은 OEM 시장(순정품 제조사 시장)이 가장 크며, 그 다음은 Aftermarket 임.
○ 폴란드 자동차 부품 디스트리뷰터/제조사 조합(SDCM:Stowarzyszenie Dystrybutorów i Producentów Części Motoryzacyjnych)의 보고에 따르면 2012년 폴란드 자동차부품 시장은 비교적 어려운 시기를 겪었다고 함. 2011년 폴란드 자동차 부품 시장은 약 135억 즈워티였으며, 2012년에는 약 1~2%의 적은 성장에 그칠 것으로 전망.
○ 동 조합에 따르면, 폴란드내 자동차 평균 연수는 약 11년으로, 자동차 부품 애프터마켓 시장은 아직 성장 기대치가 큰 것으로 내다봄.
□ 자동차 부품(방열기) 유통구조
○ 방열기 유통구조는 다른 자동차 부품 유통구조와 동일하며, 애프터마켓과 OEM 마켓으로 구분 할 수 있음.
○ OEM 마켓은 일반적으로 자동차 조립 과정에서 제조사 사이에 계약에 의해 유통되고 있음.
○ 애프터마켓에도 두 가지 유통 흐름이 있음. 하나는 유통업체를 통하여 일반 자동차 부품판매 업체를 거쳐 소비자에게 판매되는 경우와 또 하나는 방열기 교환, 수리 전문 서비스센터를 통해 유통되는 경우임.
○ 폴란드 대형 유통업체중에는 자체 자동차 정비 네트워크를 보유하여, 자체적으로 보급을 하는 곳이 있기도 함.
○ 중·소규모의 자동차 부품 유통업체 혹은 중·소 자동차 정비센터가 서로 연합을 하여 하나의 네트워크를 형성함으로써 대형 자동차 유통업체와의 경쟁을 하는 경우도 있음.
□ 폴란드 자동차 부품관련 주요 유통업체
○ 폴란드 애프터마켓 자동차부품 주요 유통업체는 Inter Cars S.A., FOTA S.A., Moto Profile, Inter Team, AD Polska 등임.
○ Inter Cars S.A. 가 가장 큰 수입 및 유통업체이며 폴란드내 시장점유율의 20% 이상을 차지함.
