 ○ Lead frames: $4million

  - The lead frame is the 'skeleton' of the IC package, providing mechanical support to the die during its assembly into a finished product.

 

 

 ○ Manganese Nit 70% and 60% : $1million

  - Chemical Solution Used for metal treatment.

 

 

 ○ Silver epoxy : $5million

  - Silver epoxy paste is a one component system designed as a conductive thermosetting  silver preparation for screen printing applications.

 

 

 ○ Solder material : $1.5~2million

  - Soldering is a process in which two or more metal items are joined together. We use solder wires, solder rings(washers), solder bars, anodes, flux, and more various other products that are required for soldering.

 

 

 ○ Deep draw : $200,000

  - Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. Some of our products use shells that are by this technology.

 

 

 ○ Glass to metal seals : $ 500,000

  - Glass to metal is a method of attaching various sorts of glass to different kinds of metal alloys. This technology is used in some of our products.

 

 

 ○ PTFE top coating material(Teflon) : $100,000

  - PTFE coating gives the coated surface a non stick and low friction capabilities. We apply PTFE as a  coating material in some our products.We buy it in a solution form and dilute it with an accelerator.

 

 

 ○ Various chemicals : $2~2.5million

  - Almost all of our production and production related process involve many different types of chemicals, such as solvents, acid’s, surface treatment materials, lubricants, powders, resins and many more other types of materials.

 

 

  - Summary : Vishay is currently looking up new sources for those materials and many others. The business potential is around($14~15.5million).
